I have had the privileged to capture a beautiful friendship between two beautiful souls. Their friendship spanning years in between two different cities and different countries. They have so much in common, it’s crazy. They think of the same things and can finish each other’s sentences. I know its kind of cliche, but its real and raw.
This BFF session as they call it, ^_^ is supposed to be a spring sunrise by the beach. I was imagining a glorious sunrise, with the beach and ocean filled with light, however, we have to improvise as the sunny warm weather had changed drastically to cool, windy and an ICE Storm the night before. Everything is blanketed in snow and ice. Yeeshh!
We have talked the morning of the session and have agreed to do our session at a park near my place. Mind you I have not been there as my family and I have recently moved and because we were so busy with the unpacking, I have not had time to explore our neighborhood. As it turned out this park is so vast! Surrounded my amazing fauna and trees, to which by the way is enveloped by ice.
We have arrived at our destination the Harmony Valley Conservation Park and to my amazement, these two lovely days have come prepared. Complete with matching outfits, shoes, jackets, did I mention shoes and a change of outfit. 🙂 We had such a blast and I am very happy that I was able to capture how happy these ladies when they are together. They giggle and laugh with all their might! The closeness though the years shines through from their eyes and smiles!
We were even lucky as a stranger was walking his dog and offered if we would like to take a picture with his dog. Look at that white-greyish fur its so beautiful! We finished off with the last outfit change and with the flower hairband. Though we didn’t push through with the dress, it somehow worked out and most importantly I was able to preserve something beautiful about these two amazing lovely ladies. Their friendship and love!
